I just bought a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Preston in October. I worked with Alexis and she was able to help me out due to a dealership near by was jerking me around. We explained the situation to Alexis and she was able to get everything transferred to Preston auto! I bought a new 2018 Tacoma TRD off road from Matt Sellers, I’ve never left a dealership and had something nice to say about a car salesman but honestly he is awesome! I was so guarded at first because most salesmen give you PTSD but what a breath of fresh air. We were signing the papers in 1 HOUR and he gave me the deal I wanted.

Had a recall on my jeep...brought it in...had to bring both vehicles cause I thought I'd be leaving the jeep only to get called back cause the color of the part they had here didn't match my jeep...so had to come back today and here we r again here and they told us 2 1/2 hrs and it's still not done....it's like no one knew the right information here....$80 in gas later to drive both vehicles 2 different days and we r sitting outside in the heat still waiting on our jeep to get done now!
1 hr 45 minutes for an oil change and could wait for tire rotation told I'd be out by 9'00, pushed to be out by 9:30.. Its not the employees fault, upper management should care more about CUSTOMER SERVICE than the bottom line. Good employees, just frustrated employees and doesn't appear to be a happy workplace..That's why I buy at Palmiero Toyota..Even the lounge is much better, there..
They lie to sell you a car. Son and daughter in law purchased a van from them. It looked great, they asked them if it was a flood vehicle and they said no. He went to do the brakes. ( They had it for 3 months). The whole undercarriage is rusted. It all has to be replaced. They will lie to you and do it again to the next person. This is the kind of people you are dealing with at Preston Auto, and they have no problem sleeping at night. If you need to buy a vehicle used or new go to AUTO NATION.
Crooks, turn back mileage, false reporting to carfax, junk auction vehicles doctored up to rip you off.
I took my 2010 Chevy pickup truck and I got lied to you about what was wrong with it and I was lied to you that they even checked it out and it wouldn't let me have my truck until I paid them for something they didn't do
